REGISTRATION FORMS FOR UPCOMING SEASON 2007/08
Registration forms are now available for the upcoming Tipperary Darts League season.Any new teams wishing to join this season can ring the Secretary and he will forward a form to you.The season starts officialy on the 24th of October{thats the start of the incoming Boards term} but the first league matches are planed to be under way on the 2nd of November.Below is the instructions attached for the completion of the forms.Please read through them carefully,no registrations will be accepted after the 10th of October.
The registration form must be returned,with the appropriate fees, to the Honourary Secretary before 10pm on Wednesday the 10th of October{the start of the season is officialy the24th of October}.The secretary will be available from 7:30pm at the Shamrock Lounge,Cahir on this day to accept registrations in person.Registration may be forwarded to the Secretary by REGISTERED POST ONLY to-

Under no circumstances will registrations be accepted after this deadline.Registrations sent by registered post will not be accepted if they are postmarked latter than October 10th,or if they arrive late without first informing the Secretary that they may do so{if you think registration will not arrive last post on the above date text or e-mail Secretary,do not phone, before 7pm on the above date,it it is advised that if you post registration on the 8th,9th or 10th of October that you ensure to notify the Secretary}.

Entry fees remain the same for this season;TEAM REGISTRATION-Fifty Euro
PLAYER REGISTRATION-Five Euro
i.e. a team with nine players registered must return 95euro with this form {50+45{9x5}}=95euro.
Registrations are not valid without the appropriate fees accompanying the form and therefore will not be accepted.
COMPLETING THIS FORM-
All of the form must be completed in full,players names must be in block capitals in the first column,their county if applicable in the second and their own signature in the third.The witness must not be a member of the team.The Correspondence section must be completed{even if it is the same address as the team}.Abbreviations for the counties are as follows-Tipperary=TIP,Kilkenny=KLK,Waterford=WFD,Limerick=LIM,Cork=CRK,Offaly=OFF.
