13.ARRANGEMENT OF FIXTURES (LEAGUE MATCHES)

(k).Any dispute between Clubs as to the arrangement of Matches shall be referred to and decided by the Board, and the Board shall have absolute discretion in that respect. All re-arrangements of Matches must be submitted to and approved by the Board

(l).In the event of any League Match not being played owing to causes over which neither Club has any control(Article 13.f), it shall be played on a date to be mutually arranged, but at the earliest reasonable opportunity. Both Clubs shall notify the Registrar of such arrangements within seven days of the postponement, for the approval of the Board. Any League Match not so arranged shall have its date fixed by the Board.

(m).KNOCK-OUT(CHAMPIONSHIP) MATCH ARRANGEMENTSAll knock-out matches must be played on or before the given date for that round. If no agreement is reached then the date fixed will be the given date for that round.

As soon as draws are published, secretaries/captains of clubs drawn at HOME must communicate with their opponents and agree upon a date when the tie will take place. The Registrar must be notified of the decision within SEVEN DAYS of the actual draw. It will not be possible to alter the date once the details have been

submitted by the Home club to the Registrar. Clubs failing to notify the Registrar of details within the seven days will be LIABLE FOR A FINE.

(o).Any knock-out match that is re-arranged for any reason must be played at the venue that it was originally drawn. The publican of that venue must be made aware of any change as early as possible. The Board will issue a date for said match to be played by. The match must been played by this date. Failure to complete the fixture by the date given will result in both parties being eliminated from the competition. Failure to appear will result in their opponents being given a bye to the next round.


11.THE TIPPERARY DARTS LEAGUE

(i). Any team failing to turn up for 2 consecutive matches during a season will be deemed to have withdrawn from the league,.Players registered to these teams will have to pay a registration penalty of £25.00 should they wish to play in the league within twelve months of the dropping out date, £5.00 penalty after 12 months. The venue will be charged a deposit of £25.00 on top of the registration fee should they wish to re-register (returnable after twelve months on production of receipt and if the venue still has a registered team within the league).

28. CODE OF CONDUCT

(a). No Player or Member shall act in a manner which may reasonably be considered to be prejudicial to the interests or standing of the Board or which could reasonably be

considered to injure or discredit the Board or bring the game of darts into disrepute.

(b). All Players and Members will steadfastly adhere to the Boards Rules. Any breaches will invite disciplinary action.

{c}Any Player, Member or Spectator who is asked by the organising officer to leave a venue at which a Darts Event is taking place under the juristiction of the Board, or carry out any other instruction relating to the Darts Event, must do so immediately.

(d)No Player, Member or Official will bet or make any form of wager in connection with any Darts Event in which he or she is directly involved as a Player, Member or Official.

Any Player, Member or Official involved in placing bets on darts matches in relation to his or her own performance, or is involved directly or indirectly in betting in any way that may be reasonably considered dishonest, may be subject to a ban from all Matches and activities of the Board.

(e). Players may not, before or during a Darts Event, make an agreement to produce a

particular score or to share prize money between those players irrespective of the result.

(f) No Player or Member will abuse, ignore or refuse reasonable requests from an

Organising officer or the media at any Darts Event.

(g). All Players, Members and Guests will desist from any behaviour which may reasonably be construed as gamesmanship before, during or after any Match at any Darts Event.

(h). Every attendent Spectator is the responsibility of the respective Member or Player/Club ,with whom said spectator is associated with, who may be

held accountable for the Guest’s behaviour regardless of whether the Member or Player is with the Spectator at the time of any inappropriate behaviour by the Spectator.

(i).In the event that an organising officer believes that misconduct at any Darts Event may threaten his/her or any Player,Spectator or Members personal safety,the Darts Event may,at their discretion,be deferred and completed at a later date, in camera if necessary.
